The founder

A recognised expert in data, AI and public-sector digital transformation

An experienced specialist in digital technologies, data governance and artificial intelligence, Mariame BAH founded D&N TECH. Her career, which began as a database analyst in the United States, took her to the highest levels of public-sector digitalisation in Guinea, notably as Deputy Director General of the National Agency for State Digitalisation (ANDE).

Education

Postgraduate degree (DESS) in autonomous systems computing (Paris 8); Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in computer science (Paris 6).

AI for public services (ITU/UNDP, Microsoft), data governance, Internet (ISOC, ICANN), cybersecurity, Power BI.

    Direct Alliance Corporation

    Arizona, USA. Database analyst, then senior database analyst; dashboards for IBM and Toshiba.

  2. 2014 – 2015

    Earth Institute, Columbia University

    Led data management for Guinea’s national Ebola response, with reporting to the Presidency and partners.

    eHealth Africa Guinea

    IT Director: health information systems for the Ministry of Health.

    Head of IS Modernisation: BuSE, CFU, e-BIASSI, network link with the Central Bank (BCRG).

Technical Lead and Project Manager

Runs projects from scoping to delivery using Agile/Scrum, coordinates the developers, safeguards deliverable quality and remains the client’s day-to-day contact.

Senior Developer and DevOps

Designs platform architecture (Python/Django, PostgreSQL), makes key technical decisions and handles server deployment, configuration and operations (Docker, Nginx, AWS).

Senior Developer and Web Designer

Designs clear, responsive interfaces (ReactJS, Bootstrap) and builds client websites and portals.
